Yuma House

Concept & Vision

Yuma House is the first iteration of an architectural vision signed by GBBC, designed to balance functionality, openness to nature, and volumetric clarity.

The spaces are composed around natural light, with large glazed façades and a layout that privileges privacy without losing connection to the outdoors.

The name “Yuma” is inspired by the deep meanings attributed to this word in various cultures — from “solar being” in Native American tradition to the idea of essential clarity in Japanese philosophy. This symbolism is reflected in the project’s approach: honest, warm architecture oriented toward light and tranquility.

The project thus becomes the starting point for a defining direction in our portfolio: quiet luxury, built with purpose.

Type of development – Premium private residence

Yuma House is a premium private residence developed with a focus on privacy, solar orientation, and connection with the landscape. The architecture features clear volumes, a minimalist yet warm composition, and a natural relationship between interior and exterior. The space is efficiently organized for everyday living, while the private garden and relaxation area extend the living experience beyond the building’s limits. The project stands out through its careful integration into the terrain, generous glazing, and details that emphasize light, tranquility, and natural simplicity.
