New Art Residence proposes a compact urban complex, composed of modules formed by two semi-detached villas, with a ground floor plus one upper floor, designed in a coherent and functional architectural language. Each unit features an open-plan living area, generous glazed surfaces, and a private yard, offering a balanced, bright, and efficient lifestyle.
